Thomas J. Fratello is a partner at Fratello & Fox, P.C., concentrating in Commercial Real Property, Residential Real Property, Business Representation and Estate Planning. With over 20 years of experience, he represents business owners, landlords, purchasers, sellers, lenders and other parties in various court proceedings.
Mr. Fratello received his Juris Doctor Degree from St. John’s University Law School in 1980. In 1971, he graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Mathematics. He is admitted to practice in New York State and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association Family Law section, Trusts and Estates section and Business Law section and Columbian Lawyers Association of Nassau County.
Mr. Fratello served in the United States Navy from 1972 until 1995 when he retired as Commander (USNR). |

Kathleen M. Fox is a partner at Fratello & Fox, P.C., concentrating primarily in Estate Planning, Elder Law, Residential Real Estate and Adoption Law, in particular re-adoptions.
Ms. Fox received her J.D. from Touro College School of Law in 1987. In 1980, she graduated from Molloy College where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree. Prior to attending Molloy College, Ms. Fox received an Associate Degree in Nursing and worked in the critical care areas of Saint Francis Hospital for ten years.
Ms. Fox is admitted to practice in New York State and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. She is a general member of the New York State Bar Association, as well as being a member of the Elder Law and Trusts and Estate Committees of the New York State Bar Association; a general member of the Nassau County Bar Association, as well as being a member of the Elder Law, Social Services and Health Advocacy Committee and the Surrogate’s Court Estates and Trusts Committee of the Nassau Bar Association; a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys; a member of the Gerontology Professionals of New York; a member of North Shore Business and Professional Women; and a member of Long Island Women’s Agenda Health Committee. In 2005, Ms. Fox received certification from Medicaid Practice Systems.

Cheryl L. Fratello is a partner at Fratello & Fox, P.C. and practices primarily in the firm’s Real Estate, Elder Law and Estate Planning Departments. She designed and currently maintains the firm’s website and authors and edits the firm’s quarterly newsletter.
Ms. Fratello received her Juris Doctor Degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School. She earned her Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology from the State of New York University at Stony Brook. She is admitted to practice in the state of New York and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Ms. Fratello is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association, Suffolk County Women’s Bar Association, Columbian Lawyers Association of Nassau County, Long Island Women’s Agenda Health Committee and Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.
