Cheryl L.
Fratello is a partner
at Fratello & Fox, P.C. and practices in the
firm’s
Elder Law, Trusts
& Estates and Real Estate Departments.
Cheryl
received her Juris Doctor
Degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School and
earned a
Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology from the State of New York
University at
Stony Brook. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the United States
District Court for
the Eastern District of New York.
Ms.
Fratello is an adjunct
instructor at CUNY Kingsborough Community College in Brooklyn, New York
where she
instructs students about various areas of the law. Ms. Fratello currently serves as a board of director for the Long Island Women’s Agenda (LIWA), a local not-for-profit advocacy organization that provides a voice for Long Island women on
issues, policies and programs affecting the lives of those living and
working on Long Island.
Cheryl
has volunteered with and
supported local organizations including the Nassau County Bar
Association
Senior Clinic, Long Island Women’s Agenda, Maurer Foundation
for
Breast Health
Education, Child Care Council of Nassau, Adelphi NY Statewide Breast
Cancer
Hotline & Support Program and Friends of Caleb Smith State
Park.
She regularly
lectures to local communities about important legal issues.
Ms.
Fratello is a member of the
New York State Bar Association, Long Island Women’s Agenda, Columbian Lawyers
Association of Nassau County and
Volunteer
